Hi!
My name is Nimah. I am 23 years old and I weigh 84.2 kg (186 lbs.). Now I think it’s obvious I need to rethink my life a little bit. What’s my problem? I binge-eat. So in addition to spending a shitload of money on food, I am very effectively decreasing my life expectancy and increasing my risk of…hmm, let’s see, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. And it so does not help that I am already pre-disposed to these health problems because my family tree is riddled with heart diseases and type 2 diabetes.
All in all, this needs to stop. I mean, even if we don’t take into account that I am systematically destroying my body, I am definitely wasting my life. Who wants to look like this in their early twenties?
I could be SO hot right now and dress up and accessorise. Instead, I look like I am six months pregnant, WITH TWINS.
So, I am done with slacking and looking sub-average when I could be so much more. This website will be a record of my weight loss journey from 84 to 55 kg. I will update it everyday with how I am doing, what I am eating and how the numbers are dropping on the weight scale. It will be a real-time collection of my thoughts, actions, decisions and maybe (hopefully not) faux pas.
This is where I should be by summer having lost all my weight in the first 10-14 weeks, leaving the rest of the time for toning up.
thats a real fast and amazing transformation!!! i am 84 kgs right now and really trying a lot of things in a hope to lose weight but nothing’s working for me. i would love to follow your footsteps but the only problem is the diet plan as i don’t eat chicken could you be able to suggest some alternatives to it? TIA
