So Let’s Get This Started Already!

Here is the thing. I’ve done this before. Which is how I can predict, roughly, at what pace I will be losing weight and which is also why whatever I will be writing over the next few days will not be about trial and error. Rather, I will be quite confident about what I am doing, both in terms of my diet and at the gym.

So let’s get the question of what I mean by I-did-this-before out of the way. This was me back in 2012.

Transformation 2012

Yeah, I’ve spent the major part of my life chubby if not overweight. I just love eating too much and hate exercising way more. But because I had a boyfriend who had a really hot body and I easily looked twice as big as him, I decided to lose some weight and when I got into it, I just went all the way losing roughly 23 kg (51 lbs.) in less than 4 months including a “time-out” phase I had which lasted approximately 3 weeks.

So this time around, I will obviously use the data I have from the previous time I lost weight and further optimize the process, because like I said, no trial and error this time. I know what I have to do and how to do it.

Below is my previous weight loss regime, which you can download, and use in whatever way you wish. This guide was written last year (so in 2013, a year after my amazing transformation to help a friend out with her weight loss) partly by me but mostly by the person who helped me every step of the way the last time I lost weight and is perhaps the smartest and the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to fitness. He is none other than my best friend, my partner in everything I do, my go-to guy, the one and only…VIMAL GOBIN.
