Week 10, Day 1

63.0 kg (139 lbs.)! Yup, that’s my weight as of this morning.

YAAAAAYYYYY 😀 😀 😀

I am 8 kg (17.6 lbs.) away from my target weight and 2 kg (4.41 lbs.) away from the temporary target weight I set for my upcoming trip to Turkey. I think I’ll make it!

9-Weeks-In

With that said, I resumed Martin Berkhan’s Leangains today. I can’t even begin to describe how good it feels to get off whey protein and chicken salads. The Rusty Moore diet was crushing my soul. I’ve missed having fruits and plain yoghurt and sandwiches. There is a reason why the guy says most people only last 5-7 days and you should only do this diet 1-2 times a year. This is hardcore stuff! I did it for 12 days.

And I think it really helped with my weight loss. I am not saying that without it I would not have lost the weight I did but maybe I would have hit a plateau or maybe one week I would have lost less than 1 kg (2.20 lbs.) like it happened once. I couldn’t risk that. And I’m really happy I did it! I now know that, down the line, if ever I have a big event, I can always rely on this diet to get a visibly leaner look within 2 weeks.
